The Model's Resource is a professional networking, portfolio, collaboration, casting, educational, and business-development platform serving members of the fashion, beauty, entertainment, and creative industries.

TmR facilitates connections between professionals but is not:

An employment agency
A talent agency
A modeling agency
A casting agency
A staffing company
A booking guarantor

TmR does not guarantee employment, bookings, collaborations, compensation, representation, publication, sponsorship opportunities, or commercial success.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree not to:

Share accounts
Create fraudulent profiles
Impersonate another person
Misrepresent professional experience
Use misleading portfolio content
Purchase followers, endorsements, or reviews

TmR reserves the right to suspend, restrict, verify, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

5. Profile Accuracy and Professional Representation

Users must accurately represent:

Portfolio work
Agency affiliations
Brand affiliations
Professional credentials

Users may not falsely claim representation by agencies, brands, publications, production companies, casting directors, or other industry organizations.

TmR may request documentation to verify professional claims.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload, including:

Photographs
Videos
Portfolio materials
Casting submissions
Written content
Branding materials

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your intellectual property to TmR.

7. License Granted to TmR

By posting content to the Platform, you grant TmR a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:

Display your content
Store your content
Distribute your content through Platform features
Promote Platform activities
Feature user content in marketing materials
Display content in social media, email campaigns, advertisements, educational materials, and promotional presentations related to TmR

This license remains in effect until content is deleted, except where retained for legal, archival, security, or backup purposes.

8. Collaboration and Usage Rights Between Members

TmR provides introductions and networking opportunities only.

Users remain solely responsible for negotiating:

Model releases
Photographer agreements
Licensing agreements
Usage rights
Compensation
Exclusivity terms
Credit requirements
Publication rights

TmR is not a party to agreements entered into between users.

9. Castings, Jobs, and Opportunities

Users posting opportunities represent that:

Opportunities are legitimate.
Compensation information is accurate.
Working conditions comply with applicable law.
Required permits and licenses have been obtained.

TmR may remove any listing at its discretion.

TmR does not guarantee the legitimacy, safety, legality, or outcome of any opportunity posted on the Platform.

10. Professional Conduct

Users must maintain professional conduct at all times.

Prohibited behavior includes:

Harassment
Discrimination
Bullying
Threats
Sexual misconduct
Unwanted solicitation
Fraud
Extortion
Defamation
Retaliation
Stalking
Hate speech
Illegal activity

Violations may result in immediate account termination.

11. Safety Disclaimer

Users acknowledge that interactions may occur online or in person.

TmR does not conduct comprehensive background investigations on all users and cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, or conduct of any member.

Users are responsible for exercising independent judgment and appropriate safety precautions.

12. AI-Generated and Edited Content

Users must not use AI-generated content to fraudulently misrepresent:

Identity
Physical appearance
Portfolio work
Published work
Professional achievements

TmR may require disclosure of AI-generated content where appropriate.

13. Verified Membership

TmR may offer verification programs.

Verification indicates only that certain information has been reviewed by TmR.

Verification is not:

An endorsement
A guarantee of professionalism
A guarantee of safety
A guarantee of competency

TmR may revoke verification at any time.

14. Events and Networking Functions

Participation in TmR events is voluntary.

By attending a TmR event, you grant TmR permission to photograph, record, and use your likeness for promotional, editorial, educational, and marketing purposes.

15. Fees and Subscriptions

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
